When we asked the agents in attendance what was most important these are the top 3 points.

Set Strong Personal Goals
Create a stronger focus using the 100’s game. Create a list of 100 places you want to go, experiences you want to create, and things you want to have. Then go to Pinterest, create a board and start pinning photos of these things for visual aid. Create a dream board or a list to help you stay focused. The clearer you are on what you want your life to be, the easier it is to follow a schedule.
At least once a year complete a two-week time audit. How? Set an alarm to go off hourly during your workday. When the alarm sounds, write down what you did in the last hour. At the end of the two weeks analyze your strengths and weaknesses in your time management system. Make improvements based on what your learned.
