We’ve built a culture of integrity, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other. We love celebrating wins together. We don’t hire everyone we interview. We look for individuals who would mesh well with our team culture, and share our values- people we would want to hang out with on a Friday night.

Our Owners
Rod and Melody Moser have served in the real estate industry since 1993. They have worn many different hats, giving them exposure to critical perspectives of the business. As a Realtor, Primary Lending Manager, CEO, Business Coach, Team Leader, and Owner, our leadership team has the experience and knowledge to help agents create a thriving business.
They met as competitors in a small Utah town. Stories are shared often around the dinner table about how Rod and Melody used to enjoy beating each other on listing appointments before joining forces and building a dream life together.
Today they continue to improve in the business and adore their brady bunch family made of 6 boys, 2 dogs, a cat, and lizards. It is a full house with a lot of Luke type love. Rod and Melody are passionate about the business of real estate and, when not working, love exploring the globe. If you ever struggle finding them they might be castaways on a cruise ship away from cell phone service and all the hustle and bustle of the metro.
Our Office
Hyper-Local: We were virtual long before the pandemic. Our hyper-local agents work from virtual offices located all over Northern Utah from Orem to South Jordan to Logan. Our clients are best served by those agents working where they live and not in a skyscraper across town.
Face to Face: Even with the latest technology and cloud based services, real estate is still a face to face business. Our agents maximize their time growing their business in the best way possible: by increasing the time they spend face to face with clients, not fellow real estate agents.
Technology: We provide agents with the tools and latest technology to run a virtual office with ease. Utilizing our experience in creating multiple virtual offices we work with agents to design the space that’s right for them whether that is at home, their car or a co-working space.
